Baked Cauliflower Recipe
Baked Cauliflower
Ingredients
- 1 Medium Cauliflower cut into florets
- 2 cloves of garlic minced
- 1 1/2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup of almond milk
- 1/2tbsp flour
- 1/3 cup mayonaise
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 bacon slices cooked and crumbled
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
- salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350F. Blanch in large pot of boiling water for 2 minutes. Drain well and set aside. Fry Bacon in a skillet then crumble it.
- To make the sauce in a skillet heat the olive oil over medium heat, add garlic and cook for 30 seconds. Add the flour and stir until golden. Stir in the Mayonnaise and add salt and pepper to taste. Add your cheddar cheese and stir until melted. Remove from heat.
- Add Cauliflower to a casserole dish, pour sauce overtop (can mix it together or leave the sauce on top. Bake for 30 minutes then sprinkle with your bacon and parsley.
