Creamy mushroom porkchops

Bacon Wrapped Asparagus

Ingredients

  • 12 stalks of fresh asapargus
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 6 slices of bacon
  • ground black pepper & salt to taste

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
2. Place the asparagus in a single layer on the sheet pan and drizzle
with olive oil. Move them around to coat evenly.
3. Cut each slice of bacon in half. Wrap a piece of bacon around each
stalk of asparagus.
4. Season the asparagus to taste with black pepper and salt.
5. Cook in the oven for 25 min, turning them half way. Then broil for 2
minutes on each side. And enjoy!
