Pan Fried Cabbage

Ingredients

  • 1 medium sized diced Cabbage
  • 4-5 peeled and shredded Carrots
  • 5 diced garlic cloves
  • 2 diced cooking onions
  • 2 beef bouillon
  • 2 cups olive oil or sunflower oil (add more or less as needed)

Instructions:

1. In a large frying pan toss in your diced cabbage and pour a generous amount of olive oil over until it is all fully covered. Mix well and cook the cabbage until it is soft.
2. Pour in your diced onions, shredded carrots, and garlic. Mix and then add in your beef bouillon. Mix it in well.
3. Cook until everything is tender. Add in oil as you go if it gets dry as you cook. Season with salt and pepper if necessary. You can also mix your cabbage with rice if you prefer. Enjoy!
