Saleh these are too thin and stiff, they don't give the satisfaction gyro slices should give. also as noted elsewhere they are not properly separated in the bag

JkCustomer It would be nice the meat had a way of dividing the pieces so one doesn’t have to thaw the whole thing to get a few slices
