#2 Bell Pepper half bushel

Red peppers were ok on top layer, but bottom layer of box were rotten...disappointed for sure this time around

This half bushel of local peppers was a real bargain. They had so much flavour. I made two trays of vegetarian stuffed peppers and roasted the rest in the oven then froze them flat and put them in freezer bags.

I ordered these peppers to roast, they were very fresh crisp and so sweet, and made yhe best roasted red pepper soup. I will order again.
