Delicious beets. I've prepped most for the freezer and have had the rest with my supper.
Well I paid 2.50$ for a 2 lb bag. At Food Basics you can get a 10lb bag for under 3$
I steam these for 45 minutes . They are. sweet and delicious as a snack or salad topper
I steamed these beets for 40 minutes . Sliced them up and split them with a friend. They all disappeared in 2 days . They are sweet , fresh and delicious.
