Black River Maple Cheddar is a superior blend of medium-aged, fine artisan cheddar and local Prince Edward County pure maple syrup and maple sugar. Much like a premium aged cheddar in texture, our Maple Cheddar is definitely a perfect addition to any occasion with its special, sweet-savoury taste. Best served at close to room temperature.

Cheddar cheese (milk, salt, bacterial culture, calcium chloride, microbial enzyme), Sugars (maple syrup, maple sugar). May contain colour.

We love this cheese it is full of flavor and always a nice treat
This cheese is nice and creamy with a hint of honey. It has great flavour. The maple cheddar is good, too.
I’ve reviewed this previously. Marvellous flavour, one of my favourites. I’ve had this twice and it’s so good.
