Our Monterey Jack has been cold-smoked in the traditional European fashion using our own special blends of fine hardwoods. This perfect combination leaves a semi-hard, mild-tasting cheese with a smoky finish. Great for entertaining occasions,  baked into appetizers, added to your cheese charcuterie board or simply enjoyed as a snack.

Milk, salt, calcium chloride, bacterial cultures, microbial enzyme, wood smoke.


        Pickup and Delivery


        We now deliver 5 days a week (Tuesday-Saturday) to the ENTIRE Niagara Region and Dunnville, Caistor Centre, Binbrook and Stoney Creek.
        This includes Wainfleet, Dunnville, Smithville, Wellandport, Lincoln, Beamsville, West Lincoln, Grimsby, Vineland, and St. Anne's, St. Catharines, Jordan, Welland, Niagara Falls, Thorold, Fort Erie, Port Colbourne, Fenwick, Fonthill, Ridgeway, and Niagara on the Lake. Cutoff for next day delivery is 3pm and you can place your order up to 7 days in advance.

        We deliver for free on orders $50+ otherwise a flat rate of $5 is charged for delivery.
        Orders for pickup are ready next day.
