Our Monterey Jack has been cold-smoked in the traditional European fashion using our own special blends of fine hardwoods. This perfect combination leaves a semi-hard, mild-tasting cheese with a smoky finish. Great for entertaining occasions,  baked into appetizers, added to your cheese charcuterie board or simply enjoyed as a snack.

        Pickup and Delivery

        We offer pickup and delivery to the following areas and on the corresponding days:

        Region 1 - Wednesday and Friday Delivery:
        For deliveries in Wainfleet, Dunnville, Smithville, Wellandport, Lincoln, Beamsville, West Lincoln, Grimsby, Vineland, Stoney Creek, Caistor Centre, Binbrook and St. Anne's we now deliver on Wednesday and Friday only. The same midnight cutoff the day before will apply (ie. order by Tuesday at midnight and receive your delivery Wednesday).

        Region 2 - Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday Delivery:
        All deliveries in St. Catharines, Jordan, Welland, Niagara Falls, Thorold, Fort Erie, Port Colbourne, Fenwick, Fonthill, Ridgeway, and Niagara on the Lake will remain unaffected and will continue to be delivered on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.

        We deliver for free on orders $50+ otherwise a flat rate of $5 is charged for delivery.
        Cutoff for delivery orders is midnight the day before (ie. If you order by midnight on Monday for region 2 your order will be delivered Tuesday. If you order Tuesday at noon it will be delivered Thursday).
        Orders for pickup are ready next day.
