I used my package of ground pork last night to make a stir fry and was very impressed that there was not a lot of grease in the pan indicating that this is quite lean. The pork was very flavourful and held up well to the other flavours in the stir fry. Next time I'll use in in meatballs or meatloaf to amp up the beef!
This is a great package of ground pork. It is so convenient and when cooked up tastes great! Great price too!
