Usually your potatoes are the best and it's become very difficult to find white potatoes at all but this time 90 percent of the bag was rotten.

Perfect amount of russet potatoes. I've been making hash browns and these potatoes hold up perfectly in the frying pan.
Good potatoes, I do prefer russet but they're hard to get.
