Perfect!
Perfect amount of russet potatoes. I've been making hash browns and these potatoes hold up perfectly in the frying pan.
Good potatoes, I do prefer russet but they're hard to get.
I like red potatoes occasionally and these were perfect for making hash to have for breakfast.
My meals never seem complete unless I have mashed potatoes. My only regret is not buying a bigger basket of them. They were delicious.
