The Busy week box features 7 locally prepared meals that are sure to impress. These meals are simply heat and serve meals with minimal to no additional prep needed to make meal time a breeze. If you aren't sure what to make, or don't like cooking, or just have a very busy week this box is for you.
Regular - intended to feed 2 people x 7 meals with roughly 1.5-2lbs per meal.
Regular Plus - intended to feed 2 people x 7 meals with roughly 1.5-2lbs per meal plus each meal will feature either a side or a dessert
Large - intended to feed 4 people x 7 meals with roughly 3-4lbs per meal.
Large Plus - intended to feed 4 people x 7 meals with roughly 3-4lbs per meal plus a side or desert with every meal
X-Large - Intended to Feed 5-6 people x 7 meals
X-Large Plus - Intended to Feed 5-6 people x 7 meals plus a side or dessert with each meal.

View full detailsI have been an avid customer of Niagara Fresh since lockdown, where I ordered the mystery box of veggies, etc. Such a convenience in a time of turmoil throughout the world.
Last year I started to order the Busy Week selection of prepared meals, firstly as I was laid low with surgery so I had meals at the ready for hubby and I. I have used these tastefully prepared foods off and on over the last few months and recently now subscribe to them monthly on a regular basis. I cannot say enough about the convenience, the quality and presentation of them. I usually just add a veggie or two to them, and off we go. We both enjoy them and they are a welcome addition to our grocery budget. Thank you Niagara Fresh.
I am recovering from a badly broken ankle and surgery to repair it. This box has helped me immensely when I haven’t been able to weight bear for 3 months! Grab a meal and throw it in the oven. So much better than take out :)
We have been customers of Niagara Fresh for some time, and have always enjoyed their veggie and fruit boxes, but this time, because we are in the midst of moving residences, our lives are somewhat chaotic. I ordered the busy week meals and what a godsend. They are easily prepared, so tasty, and enough for the two of us to enjoy. I will definitely be ordering them again. Thanks Niagara Fresh.

Just had problems with the top surface of the uncovered food drying out in the microwave.
OMG. This was so good and so convenient. We were not crazy about the perogies but we loved everything else. After a busy day to make dinner in 10 minutes was a life saver. Will order again for sure. Thank you niagarafresh.
