The value of the items received were barely ($1.50) over the purchase price. But nice there are items that can be used together.
Half a small bag for 40$ . Nope
A nice selection of prepared meals, a spinach dip, kettle cooked potato chips and a chili kit. I haven't tried any of the items yet but will have some Italian wedding soup for lunch. I'm not a huge fan of the prepared meals but this time I got some great tasting ones. Of course I haven't tried everything yet, but what a nice lifesaver when you're feeling too poorly to prepare a meal. I didn't think I'd like the small pizza but it was so good. The Italian wedding soup was delicious and I'm looking forward to trying the spinach dip. Great job Niagara Fresh Market!
I had a hard time distinguishing between the surprise box and the discount box because I opened both bags at once and put them together to take a photo to tease my Son who doesn't have farm delivery service where he lives. I'm going out on a limb here and posting everything I received with both orders. I received homemade cookies, a long John, a bag of peach slice gummies, mustard and honey pretzels, a roast beef dinner which is appreciated (I don't own a microwave so will have to use my oven) a container of cottage cheese (love, love, love cottage cheese!) a litre of 2% milk, a package of Kool Aid, dry soup mix (loved the last one) dinner rolls, sweet and salty popcorn, apricot jam, a southwest chopped salad kit, poppy seed dressing (it expires in 9 days though) and since my mistake was opening both bags at the same time, I don't know what was exactly in each order. I won't make that mistake again with my next order. I think you read my mind about the sweets LOL
What a delight to receive this box! Chocolate milk, premade meal of sausage, rice and sweet potato, a package of gummy bears, a jar of bumbleberry jam, soup mix w/pasta, cheese bagels, individual frozen pizza and I'm probably forgetting more.
